What we collect

Your name, contact details, city, what you do, your skills, your projects, and any documents you choose to upload.

What we use it for

Building your profile, letting recruiters find and search you, and connecting you when someone pays to unlock your details.

What we never do

We never sell data in bulk. We never hand your details to anyone without them specifically unlocking your profile. We never share your documents outside our own review.

Profiles we build for you

Sometimes we build a draft profile for someone before they've joined, using only information they have published publicly — their name, their work, and links to it. A draft profile is never public: it is not listed, not searchable, and not indexed. We send it to that person and they decide what happens. They can claim it, ask us to change it, or delete it permanently in one click without creating an account. If we don't hear back, the draft is deleted after 30 days.

Your choices

You choose your visibility. You can ask us to delete your data anytime. Documents are always optional.
